How to leave Verlon.
Verlon exists so no vendor can hold your product hostage. That has to include us. Here is the complete exit, honestly under an afternoon.
Point your base URL back.
Verlon is OpenAI-compatible. Change the base URL in your SDK config back to your provider, or to any other gateway. That one line is the migration.
Your keys already work.
If you brought your own keys, we never held them and your provider accounts were always yours. Nothing to transfer. If you used Verlon platform keys, create direct accounts with your providers and drop the keys in.
There is nothing of yours to take back.
Zero retention is the default: we never stored your prompts or completions. There is nothing to retrieve, because there is nothing we kept.
Delete the account.
Settings, delete, done. No sales call, no retention flow, no export fee.
The dashboards, the routing policies, the failover chains, the cost reports. Convenience. That is true of every tool ever built, and it is all we ever hold.
If Verlon stops earning its place in your stack, this page is how you go. If that day never comes, even better. Either way, you should know the door is unlocked._
